How do you introduce yourself and profession?

My name is Quirin Aaron Gruber and I am an entrepreneur. I am active as a real estate agent in procurement and construction project planning and brokers. Childhood to Adulthood – How was the transition from your childhood into adulthood/teenage and what things you remember?

I had a good childhood with constant guidance about real estate and stock trading from my family, so I started building interest early. My goal has been to become successfully self-employed for as long as I can remember.

Struggle – What hardships you faced during your life?

I had the greatest difficulty in building up my business by first having to establish connections and contacts. How will I get the property and how do I implement my ideas. After a lot of research and trying I finally came to my residential property brokerage because I have noticed the housing shortage in Germany, in their own circles of friends and acquaintances and others.

What makes you unique from your competitors in the industry and life?

What distinguishes me and my company from others is that we search below the norm price and offer only the best. This way we have a small profit margin but help people more.

What are the major Upcoming Plans & Services that you want to inform readers about?

Soon we expand and hire more workers in acquisition and customer operations. By the end of the year, the new concept should be publicized and the potential profit margin expanded.

What are your diet preferences & physical appearance?

I am athletically built, trained and nutrition-conscious that I share together with my lifestyle on instagram. I put a lot of emphasis on health and good nutrition because in my opinion it is harmful to let go.

What Expert Advice would you like to share with the readers about professional and social field of life?

I would advise everyone to focus on their own thoughts and not let society and the “normals” tell them what to do. Many will not like it, but if you feel comfortable and confident, you will be able to live comfortably. Research, search and discover your line of work and see what you have talent in. It is easier to live with passion than with compulsion.
