Exclusive Interview with Artist 'Ronke Kuti'

Ronke Kuti was recently interviewed by Famo Celebrity Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with her.

How do you introduce yourself and profession?

I would introduce myself as Evangelist Ronke Kuti, a gospel artiste, songwriter, storyteller-script writer, drama minister, Kingdom actor and preacher of the gospel.

Childhood to Adulthood – How was the transition from your childhood into adulthood/ teenage and what good and bad things you remember?

My childhood was rough; I grew up with my mother and grandmother mostly. It was tough because I did not have the chance to experience the fatherly love the way I thought it should have been. My mother struggled to take care of me and my siblings before she passed on. Although I had a rough childhood, there was always someone who looked after me and I looked up to Him as a father and a friend; His name is Jesus Christ and He has never disappointed me, EVER!

Struggle – What hardships you faced during your life?

I faced many hardships in my life but few that I could name at this moment are rejection, abandonment, and lack of finance and most of all, when I was terribly sick to the point of death until God came to my rescue and healed me and gave me back my life.

Things that people usually don’t know about you?

People do not know that although I am always calm, happy, and smiling, I do also have many gloomy and cloudy days.

I went through a lot in my life but the joy of the Lord and faith in Him has been sustaining me.

What makes you unique from your competitors in the industry and life?

I would say being deeply rooted in the word of God and daily living according to His word and checking myself if I am keeping up to the standard of the scripture.

What are the major Upcoming Events & Unforgettable Moments or services that you want to promote/inform our readers about?

I want your readers to know that I have an upcoming yearly Praise Experience November 11th, 2023, in Providence Rhode Island USA, a music video for my latest release song, “Jehovah Elohim,” a big movie production, “Unrepentance Sin,” and new single dropping August 2023 and an Album December 2023.

What are the support systems you enjoyed on your journey to the top?

My number one support system that I enjoy the most is God Almighty and the Holy Spirit. Secondly, I would say my beloved husband Engi. Emmanuel Kuti. And thirdly, my sweet sister Aarica Darasimi. K, who God has been using greatly to bring me to limelight.

What advice can you give someone who is just starting out in a career?

Believing in God, yourself, and your craft. I would say always remember to put God at the center of your career and anything that you want to achieve.
