Q. Can you tell us about your journey to connecting with the Goddess?
A. My journey with the goddess has been to learn the alchemy of Isis, of being a wife and mother and to also have a place outside of the home where my Voice is for influencing the decisions that we make as humans as stewards of Gaia’s resources. I learned to connect with the Goddess through my alchemy with essential oils that supported me to embody various aspects of the Goddess based on the frequencies held in the plant kingdom and the crystal realms. My connection to the Goddess comes from rooting into the earth by being with her in silence, connecting to her and her creatures through song, art and dance and then opening a clear channel for the written or spoken messages she wants me to share.
Q. How has embodying the essence of the divine feminine impacted your life and work?
A. The most significant impact has been in my deeper connection to the natural flow of life allowing me to let go of limiting beliefs around why I am here and open to the divine inspiration in each moment.
Q. Can you advise women just starting their journey with the goddess?
A. Allow yourself to soften and open to receive and let go of the need to always be the one that is giving. Opening to receive allows the goddess to intervene on your behalf.
Q. How do you integrate your feminine power and wisdom into your personal and professional life?
A. I allow it to permeate both my personal and professional life by taking a sacred pause before I act and asking for guidance and inspiration from the goddess because from this place of openness and receptivity I am able to surrender to the sacred feminine path of love. The sacred pause can be a moment in nature communing with the trees or the wind, or deep meditation in the morning or painting, dancing and chanting from a place of spontaneous joy and feeling.
Q. Can you share your thoughts on the role of the divine feminine in creating a better world?
A. I think that the role of the divine feminine at this juncture in time is to create the space for the architecture of the heart to take root in the fertile soils of Mama Gaia, which means that the old way of living life and creating from the headspace is now over. All things created now will come from a deeply rooted sense of responsibility to live in more loving, sustainable and symbiotic ways with all the creatures of earth.
Q. How do you see the goddess awakening and rising today?
A. I see the goddess awakening and rising from within the hearts of women who are willing to speak up for the change that is needed at this time to bring back the ways that harmonize rather than exclude the perspectives of all life.
Q. Can you speak to the importance of sisterhood and community in the goddess’s journey?
A. The sisterhood and community in the goddess journey has been so important to plant the seeds of trust that we are once again here for one another rather than in competition with one another. That we are here to create and speak about matters that have a much larger purpose than we could ever see on our own.
Q. What do you hope readers will take away from your Chapter in Stories of the Goddess?
A. I hope readers will take away from my chapter the inspiration to take stock of your life and all the paths you may have taken and begin to see how they all merge now to form the root stock of the powerful goddess frequency you hold. The wisdom of your life experience is the medicine you hold for the collective. Feel empowered to share it.
Q. How do you feel about the overall experience of being a part of the Stories of the Goddess book project and working with Radhaa Publishing House?
A. My overall experience has been transformational. It has been a journey of revelation of the wisdom within my heart and the connection of my heart to the wisdom of the other women. I feel I have become much stronger in my sense and understanding of my part in the collective holding of the divine feminine frequency . RPH provided the tools, structure and support I needed to share my story with ease and grace with many people I never would have connected with otherwise.
Q. What advice do you have for other authors looking to collaborate with a publishing house and get their work published?
A. My advice is to trust yourself that you have a beautiful story to share and that it matters and to look for a publishing house that shares your values and will support you to write your story and support you to share it with the world.
