DemeGod, A Music Artist Whose Music Predominantly Appears In Many Films

Demetrius Williams, the hip-hop artist formerly known as Dangerous is now becoming best known as DemeGod. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Mount Vernon, NY, the hometown of many entertainment and industry aficionados such as, Denzel Washington, Dick Clark, Phylicia Rashad, and industry comrades and colleagues such as Heavy D ( RIP) who he idolized, Al B. Sure, Pete Rock, CL Smooth, Jeff Redd and many others in the RAP – Hip – Hop and R&B genre. He hails from a community of great artists.

A graduate from Mount Vernon High School, DemeGod has risen through the all too familiar ordeals of urban environments and the problems that come to many youth. His growth experiences and what he saw around him fueled his creativity, narrative writing and production as a rap lyricist. He is an immense hip-hop talent; having had his music appear in films and working with renowned artists like Kanye West to his credit.

After the working as an Administrative assistant in a prestigious entertainment law firm for the two years, the then “Dangerous” came to the conclusion that making music is what he wanted to do but he saw the bigger implications of his craft and the media and entertainment industry on society and culture.

As a Culturalist, Hip Hop Talent, Activist & Actor, DemeGod has debuted on the movie soundtrack, “The Bait,” starring Actor Jamie Foxx. He is on the title track, “Took The Bait”, a collaboration with the legendary Rap Icon Scarface while being signed as a recording artist to North Star Music Group. The digital distribution platform Founded and Co-Owned by Prince (The artist formerly known as) and Entertainment lawyer Londell Mcmillan.

Up to date DemeGod has launched his Multi-Media company Moor Money Entertainment.
