Enzo Bezzina is an Actor, Voice Performer and ACTRA Member. At just 11 years old, Enzo Bezzina is already building a career defined by versatility, discipline, and an unmistakable comedic instinct. Recently, Enzo Bezzina was interviewed by ‘Famo Celebrity’ Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with him.
1- Discovering Acting
Q: When did you first realize that acting and performing were something you wanted to pursue?
Enzo: I think I first got a taste for performing when I was 7 years old. I entered a talent show and did a stand-up comedy routine with five jokes that my Poppa helped me come up with. I remember standing up there telling the jokes, hearing everyone laugh, and just loving it. That was the first time I really realized how much I enjoyed entertaining people.
I already had my TikTok channel because we started it when I was about 5, just making fun videos together. Some were funny and some were just things we thought would be cool to make. After the talent show, my Poppa and I started putting more into the channel and growing it, and more and more people started following along.
As the channel grew, my Poppa kept telling my Mom, “I think we should find him an agent and let him try acting.” Eventually he convinced her, we found an agent, and that’s really where everything started.
Then came auditions, self-tapes, acting classes and eventually booking roles. Once I started working on real projects, I knew it was something I wanted to keep doing.
Q: What do you enjoy most about entertaining people?
Enzo: Probably making people laugh. I love when I do something funny and people actually laugh at it. It makes me want to do it even more.
2- Comedy & Social Media
Q: How did making comedy videos with your grandfather begin?
Enzo: Me and my Poppa are always joking around anyway, so we just started making videos together. A lot of the stuff is basically how we are in real life. Sometimes we come up with ideas, and sometimes something funny just happens and we turn it into a video.
Q: What has it been like growing your audience to more than 130,000 followers?
Enzo: It’s pretty crazy. I don’t really think about the number that much, but when someone tells me there are over 130,000 people following me, I’m like, “Whoa!”
And it’s funny because sometimes people don’t believe me when I tell them. Then they Google me or go to my channel and they’re like, “No way!” Laughs. That part is pretty funny. It’s really cool that so many people actually want to follow me and watch what we make.
Q: Where do you get ideas for your funny videos?
Enzo: Everywhere. Sometimes Poppa comes up with something, sometimes I do, and sometimes it’s just something that happened to us. Poppa says something ridiculous all the time, so that helps. Laughs.
3- Voice Acting
Q: What was your experience like voicing Pigpen in Camp Snoopy?
Enzo: It was awesome. I already knew who the Peanuts characters were, so getting to actually be Pigpen was really cool. He’s funny because he doesn’t really care that he’s always dusty and dirty. He’s just Pigpen. I had a lot of fun doing his voice.
It’s also so cool with voice acting when you finally get to watch the completed animation and see it all come together. When you’re recording, you’re imagining everything in your head, and then later you actually get to see the character moving with your voice coming out of him. That’s a really cool feeling.
Q: How do you use your voice, expressions, and movements to bring animated characters to life?
Enzo: Even though people can’t see you when you’re recording, I still make faces and use my body and hand movements a lot. It actually helps me get into the character and changes how my voice comes out.
My Poppa showed me behind-the-scenes videos of The Rock and Jack Black doing voice acting, and they do it too. They’re moving their hands, making faces and really acting it out even though nobody sees that part.
So if my character is excited, mad or surprised, I try to actually act and feel that way when I say the line.
4- Acting Career
Q: What has been your favorite acting project so far, and why?
Enzo: I’d probably say Camp Snoopy. I love being part of such an iconic series and getting to play Pigpen. The funny thing is, when I was actually recording it, I don’t think I realized at the time how big Peanuts really was. Laughs.
Once it came out, I started realizing how many people around the world know Snoopy and all these characters. My parents and grandparents grew up with them too, so that made it even cooler. Now I look back and think, “Wow, I actually get to be part of that!”
Q: What did you learn from working on film and television projects?
Enzo: That you have to listen a lot and be ready to change things. Sometimes you think you’re going to say a line one way and then the director asks you to try it completely differently. You have to be able to just do it and have fun with it.
Q: Are there any types of characters you’d especially like to play in the future?
Enzo: I don’t think I want to be just one type of actor. I want to experience lots of different roles and get really good at all of them.
I’d love to do comedy because I really like making people laugh, but I also want to play serious and emotional characters, action roles, and characters that are completely different from me. I think that’s one of the coolest things about acting – you get to become somebody totally different every time.
I also really want to keep doing voice acting because with animation you can be almost anything. My goal is to be the kind of actor who can do a funny role, a serious role or a voice role and make people believe the character every time.
5- Training & Growth
Q: How has acting training helped you improve your skills?
Enzo: It’s helped me be more confident and not overthink everything. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that acting isn’t just about knowing your lines. You have to really listen to what the other character is saying and react to them like you’re hearing it for the first time.
That makes it feel real instead of like you’re just waiting for your turn to talk. I’ve also learned there are lots of different ways you can play the same scene.
Q: What is one acting skill you are still excited to develop?
Enzo: I want to get really good at doing more emotional and serious scenes. Comedy comes pretty naturally to me, so I think it would be cool to keep getting better at the harder dramatic stuff too.
6- Life as a Young Actor
Q: How do you balance acting, school, sports, and spending time with family and friends?
Enzo: Sometimes it gets pretty busy, especially when I have an audition or something to record, but we just figure it out. School is important, and I still want to play sports and hang out with my friends. Acting is a big part of my life, but I still get to be a regular kid too.
Q: What do you enjoy doing when you’re not acting?
Enzo: I like basketball, soccer, fishing, skateboarding, playing games, hanging out with my friends and doing stuff with my family. I definitely don’t sit around thinking about acting all day. Laughs.
7- Future Dreams
Q: What are your biggest goals as an actor?
Enzo: I just want to keep getting better and keep getting opportunities to play really cool characters. I’d love to do a big movie one day, have my own series, and definitely keep doing animation and voice acting.
Mostly I want to keep challenging myself and see how far I can take it.
Q: Is there a dream role or actor you would love to work with someday?
Enzo: I’d love to work with Alan Ritchson from Reacher one day. I’m actually going to meet him in Toronto in a few weeks, which I’m really excited about. It would be so cool if one day I could actually be in something with him.
I’d also really love to work with Ryan Gosling. His range is crazy. He can do something really serious and then do something completely different and be really funny too. That’s the kind of actor I want to become – someone who can play all kinds of different characters and be really good at all of them.
8- Message to Young Performers
Q: What advice would you give to other young people who want to become actors?
Enzo: Just try it and don’t worry if you don’t get every part, because you definitely won’t. Laughs. You’re going to hear “no” a lot in acting, but you just have to keep going.
Like my Poppa always says, “Don’t give up. The ones who give up are the ones who don’t make it.” I always remember that.
Keep practicing, keep learning and have fun with it, because you never know which audition is going to be the one.
Q: What keeps you motivated to continue improving?
Enzo: Honestly, it’s fun! I really like acting and every audition gives me a chance to try something different. My Mom and Poppa help me with every self-tape, so we do it together.
And the bloopers are probably one of the funniest parts. Sometimes somebody messes up a line or something happens in the middle of a take and we all start laughing so hard we’re literally in tears. Laughs.
So even when I don’t book something, we still have a lot of fun doing it. I think that’s what keeps me motivated – I love acting, I love getting better at it, and I have fun doing it with my family.
9- A Little Fun
Q: Between basketball, soccer, fishing, and skateboarding, which is your favorite?
Enzo: I really love basketball. I’ve played house league for three years, and at school I like trying to play against the older kids because it challenges me.
I tried out for travel basketball this year and didn’t make the team, but that’s okay. I just have to work harder, keep practicing and try out again next year. I think that’s part of getting better at anything – you can’t give up just because something doesn’t go your way the first time.
Q: If you could play any fictional character, who would you choose?
Enzo: I think I’d like to play a character who’s kind of a cool guy but really just wants to help people who are down on their luck. That’s one of the reasons I like Dhar Mann stories so much. They’re about kindness and helping people who need it the most.
I think it would be really cool to play someone who meets another person by chance and ends up changing their life somehow. Sometimes it’s just one chance meeting or one person doing something kind that can change everything for somebody.

Enzo: There are some things I can’t really talk about yet, which is always the hardest part! But there’s definitely more coming. I’ve been working on some really cool stuff, and we’re also creating some new things ourselves that I’m really excited about.
